  • If you’re unable to complete it in advance, please have it finished before the therapist arrives. Your setup and session will begin at the scheduled time.

To give you the best and most seamless mobile spa experience, please review the following policies before your appointment.

Payments

  • Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the service fee is required at the time of booking. Deposits are applied toward your session total and secure your appointment time.

  • Payment Methods: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Remaining balances are due at the time of service.

  • Travel Fee:
    A $25 travel fee applies to locations more than 30 miles from Hampton, GA. Additional mileage may incur a higher fee.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • 24-Hour Policy:
    Cancellations or rescheduling made 24+ hours in advance allow your deposit to be applied to a future appointment within 30 days.

  • Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed entirely will forfeit the deposit and may be charged up to the full session amount.

  • Tardiness: Because appointments are mobile and scheduled closely together:

    • If you are late or not ready when the therapist arrives, your session may be shortened

    • The full session fee still applies

Health & Safety

  • Please reschedule if you are experiencing:

    • Fever, flu-like symptoms, or any contagious illness

    • Recent injury or condition your doctor has not cleared for massage or stretching

    Notify me of any new injuries, medications, or changes in your health before your appointment.
    Massage & stretch therapy does not replace medical care — always consult your physician for ongoing conditions.

Spa Etiquette

Cleanliness:
Please be showered and clean before your session. (This is for hygiene and safety.)

Clothing:

  • For Thai/stretch sessions: wear yoga/sportswear

  • If wearing basketball shorts: compression shorts or leggings underneath

Devices:
Please silence phones and minimize distractions during the session.

Communication:
Your comfort matters. Share any preferences regarding:

  • Pressure

  • Focus areas

  • Sensitivities

  • Temperature

  • Music

  • Aromatherapy
    (You can always speak up during the session!)

Home Setup Requirements

  • To ensure a smooth and relaxing experience, please prepare your space before the therapist arrives:

    • Provide a clean, open area large enough for the spa table and practitioner to move comfortably (about 6ft x 8ft).

    • Ensure the environment is safe, quiet, and free of interruptions.

    • Pets should be secured in another room during the session.

    • Children should be supervised so the session remains calm and uninterrupted.

    • Please have lighting and temperature set to your comfort before the session begins.

    • If parking or building access requires special instructions (gate codes, elevators, etc.), please share in advance.

  • Alora Bodyworks provides professional therapeutic services only.
    Any inappropriate behavior results in the immediate termination of the session and full payment will be required.
    Future appointments may be declined.
